User authentication changes

Changes to the user model in Unimus.

All users need to be locally defined now, with authentication provider manually selected.
(see added screenshot)

Password and "show password" should be disabled if Radius auth method selected.

This is required to support role selection for Radius users.
(and support adding tags to Radius users)
