Wizard license key issue

How to reproduce:

• Have a properties file already filled with all values (including license key)
• Delete DB
• Run wizard
• Put a different license key in

Unimus will show "License key changed in properties file" screen - this should not be shown.
This screen should only be shown when there is an already configured instance that the license key was changed for.

If user is deploying a new instance (going through Wizard), license key change should not trigger that screen.
