            Description

            Example of problem:

                 ip access-list copp-system-acl-http
  -    10 permit tcp any any eq www
  -    20 permit tcp any any eq 443
  +    10 permit tcp any any eq www 
  +    20 permit tcp any any eq 443

            Only difference there is trailing spaces.
